How do I log in to my personal profile on the DynaMed mobile app?
Answer
If users are trying to get access to their personal DynaMed profile on a mobile device, they will need to make sure they are not connecting on the Creighton network. If users authenticate while on the network, DynaMed will recognize their IP address and grant them in institutional access, which means any content saved or CME credits earned will NOT be affiliated with their personalized account. To make sure users are authenticating to their personal profile, they must follow the steps below:
1. Make sure the device's Wifi connection is off and/or mobile hotspot is on so EBSCO does not recognize their IP address.
2. Click "Sign In."
3. Click "EBSCO Sign In/Institution Finder."
4. Search for "Creighton University Libraries" and select it from the list.
5. Log in using their Creighton University credentials.
To ensure you are authenticated properly to your personal profile, click the person icon in the top-left of your mobile app. Ensure that your name, Creighton University, and your email address appear at the top of the Settings menu. If you are only seeing "Creighton University," make sure you follow the steps above if you plan to save any personal content for later.
