I'm having trouble accessing the full text of a ScienceDirect journal or article, even though JaySearch says we should have access. Can you assist with this?

This is currently an issue with ScienceDirect preventing users from being properly linked to the correct account and thus, blocking access to the full text of our ScienceDirect subscription content.

This is currently an issue with ScienceDirect preventing users from being properly linked to the correct account and thus, blocking access to the full text of our ScienceDirect subscription content. We are working with the vendor to resolve this as soon as possible. However, we do have a temporary workaround for our users in the meantime. This should grant you access to the fulltext and if you do it once, you likely will not have to repeat these steps again.

  1. Click on the university name on the upper right side of the screen and click the choose organization link.

  1. Then, click "Creighton University, Remote Access." Click "Change" button.
