I'm having trouble accessing content in the UpToDate mobile app. What do I need to do?
Wolters Kluwer requires our users to authenticate to UpToDate from the Creighton network in your browser every 90 days to confirm your affiliation with the University/CommonSpirit. Please follow these steps to resolve your access issues.

Wolters Kluwer requires you to authenticate to UpToDate from the Creighton network in your browser every 90 days to confirm your affiliation with the University/CommonSpirit. Please follow the steps below and then try accessing the mobile app once more:
- While on-campus and accessing from the Creighton Wifi network, open UpToDate in your device's browser.
- Log in using your Creighton email address and password through OpenAthens.
- Open the UpToDate mobile app on your mobile device.
- Click "OpenAthens" under "Log In using your institution."
- Search for Creighton University Libraries under Find your institution.
- Log in using your Creighton email address that contains your netID and password.
This should resolve the issue that you are having. However, keep in mind, that you will need to complete this process every 90 days as long as you are affiliated with Creighton to continue using the app.
